Is Ain't a Word?
Is "ain't" a word? the children ask,
And Ms. English Teach goes for her flask.
"I think it ain't," one person says.
Another thinks it's good as "flays."
I've got my view; no doubt you've yours.
But which one's up a creek with oars?
Someday I'll tell you what I think;
